Report concerns in good faith
Purpose
This whistleblower channel is intended to encourage employees and others to communicate potential legal and ethical concerns to appropriate leadership and oversight teams so that RenderingConsulting Inc. can address and correct inappropriate conduct. Board members, officers, employees, and contractors are expected to report concerns about violations of our code of ethics or suspected violations of laws or regulations that govern our operations.
Reporting and confidentiality
Information you provide will be shared only with appropriate teams to facilitate review, escalation, and remediation, and will be handled as confidentially as reasonably possible consistent with the need to conduct an adequate investigation.
It is prohibited for anyone to retaliate against an individual who in good faith reports an ethics concern or a suspected violation of law or regulation. Any employee who retaliates against a person who has reported in good faith may be subject to disciplinary measures, up to and including termination of employment.
What can be reported
- Suspected fraud, bribery, or financial misconduct
- Discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or other workplace misconduct
- Violations of applicable laws, regulations, or internal policies
- Other serious ethical or compliance concerns
Before you submit: Describe the concern as clearly as you can. You may omit identifying information if you wish; an email address is optional and only used if follow-up is needed.
